Saint Thomas Aquinas Seminary

Saint Thomas Aquinas Seminary is located on a 1,000 acre parcel of land in Buckingham County, Va. This new construction consists of two phases. Phase One is the construction of all of the buildings surrounding the Church, such as: dormitories, classrooms, cloister, and administration buildings. Phase Two will consist of the Church itself.

Amazon Distribution Facility is a large-scale industrial building located at the Dinwiddie Commerce Park. The 1.1 million sq. ft. fulfillment facility is used for storage and shipping.

Love's Travel Stop

Love's Travel Stop was a new build travel plaza. The property consists of a gas station/convenience store, as well as a rest area with Subway and McDonald's restaurants.

Crossings at Falls Run

Crossings at Falls Run is a privately owned and operated retirement community in Fredericksburg, Va. The community contains 173 units with 70 Independent Living, 87 Assisted Living, and 16 Memory Care apartments. Apartment types range from studio style to one and two bedrooms.

Crossings at Bon Air senior living community contains 186 units with 108 Independent Living, 60 Assisted Living, and 18 Memory Care apartments located in Richmond, Va. Apartment types range from studio style to one and two bedrooms.

Country Inn and Suites is located in Petersburg, Va. Country Inns and Suites is a three-story, new construction, 72 room hotel.

Sleep Inn

Sleep Inn is located off of Interstate 95, in Emporia, Va. Sleep Inn is a four-story, new construction, 68 room hotel.
